Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Voixdesk, operated by Triaxo Solutions LLC (“Voixdesk”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), and the related software, websites, and services (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. The Service

Voixdesk provides an AI-powered virtual front desk for businesses (primarily medical spas). The Service answers inbound calls, sends and receives text messages, qualifies and follows up with leads, and books appointments to your connected calendar, with a web dashboard to manage it all. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions, billing & payments

Paid plans are billed as recurring subscriptions (monthly) in U.S. dollars, plus any one-time setup fee shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe; we do not store your full payment-card details. Triaxo Solutions LLC is the seller of record. Applicable taxes may be added at checkout where required.

  • Each plan includes a set monthly allowance of voice minutes; minutes beyond the allowance are billed as overage at the plan’s per-minute rate. Unlimited SMS is included under fair use.
  • You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
  • Fees are exclusive of taxes unless stated; applicable taxes may be added where required.

4. Free trial

New accounts include a 14-day free trial with full access, routed through a shared phone number. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you are not charged until the trial ends — at which point your selected plan’s first invoice (monthly fee plus any one-time setup fee) is billed automatically. You can cancel any time before the trial ends to avoid all charges. We may modify or discontinue the trial at any time.

5. Your responsibilities & acceptable use

The Service places calls and sends messages to the contacts you add or who reach your numbers. You are solely responsible for complying with all laws that apply to those communications, including (without limitation) the U.S. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the CAN-SPAM Act, state telemarketing and Do-Not-Call rules, and carrier and 10DLC requirements.

  • You represent that you have obtained all necessary consent to call and text the contacts in your account, and that you have the right to use their information.
  • You will honor opt-out requests and will not use the Service for spam, harassment, fraud, or any unlawful, deceptive, or abusive purpose.
  • You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.

You will indemnify us for claims arising from your breach of this section.

6. Your data

As between you and us, you own the data you submit and the contact and conversation data generated through your account. You grant us a limited license to process that data to operate and improve the Service. Where the Service processes information about your clients and leads, you act as the controller of that information and we process it on your behalf.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers, including telephony/SMS (Twilio), AI models (OpenAI), calendar (Google), and hosting/database providers. Their availability and terms are outside our control, and we are not liable for their outages or actions.

8. AI-generated content

Responses generated by the Service’s AI may be inaccurate or incomplete and are not professional, medical, or legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing and supervising the Service’s output, particularly for bookings, pricing, and customer commitments.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by us and our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. All rights not granted are reserved.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Service in the three (3) months before the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for us or others. On termination, your right to use the Service ends.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot be waived under applicable law.
