Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want Voixdesk to earn its keep for your business. This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work. Voixdesk is operated by Triaxo Solutions LLC, and payments are processed securely by Stripe.
1. Cancellations
Subscriptions are month-to-month. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of your current billing period — you keep access until then. We do not pro-rate or refund the unused portion of a billing period except as described below or as required by law.
2. Money-back on your first month
If you’re not satisfied with a paid subscription, contact us within 14 days of your first subscription charge and we’ll refund that charge. This applies to the first payment on a new subscription only; subsequent monthly renewals are non-refundable.
3. Setup fees
One-time setup/onboarding fees cover work we perform to get you live (provisioning your number, connecting your calendar, and configuring your AI agent).
- Refundable in full if you cancel before onboarding work has begun.
- Non-refundable once onboarding work has started, since the work has been delivered.
4. Free trial
The free trial carries no charge, so there is nothing to refund. You’re only billed if you choose to subscribe after the trial ends.
5. Usage and overage charges
Usage-based charges, such as voice-minute overages beyond your plan’s cap, reflect services already delivered and are non-refundable.
6. How to request a refund
Email support@voixdesk.com with your account email and the charge in question. We aim to respond within a few business days, and approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe.
7. Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable refund or consumer-protection rights you may have under applicable law.
